Administrative Assistant

Our growing local CPA firm is hiring additional help for our support team. We are looking for a reliable person with outstanding customer service and communication skills to join our expanding team.

Duties include:
• Provide administrative assistance
• Assist in processing of tax returns and financial statements (training provided)
• Answer incoming calls and forward faxes received (yes, the IRS still uses faxes)
• Order office supplies
• Various office administrative functions

Qualifications:
• Minimum of two years in an administrative role
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Be able to handle confidential documents
• Proficient in MS Office (Word & Excel)
