Some moments in life remind you just how far you've come. 🙏🏾❤️

This Thursday, I'm headed to Punta Cana, Dominican Republic, for Novae's all-inclusive ELITE RETREAT! 🇩🇴✈️

What makes this special isn't simply the destination.

It's the fact that I EARNED MY PLACE THERE.

To have qualified as a Senior Sales Director and be among other qualifying leaders, RSDs, VPs, and members of our C-suite is something I genuinely appreciate.

Not everyone in the company will be there, and I don't take this opportunity lightly.

I'm grateful for the recognition, the relationships, the growth, and every lesson along the way.

And I'm especially looking forward to learning from leaders who are operating at levels I'm working toward.

I'm proud of how far I've come, but I know there's so much more ahead.

THIS IS WHAT I'M BUILDING FOR. ❤️👑

Surprised my favorite girl, K.P.S., with a daddy-daughter lunch date at the famous Junior's Restaurant in Brooklyn! ❤️

What makes today extra special is that this was one of my late Nanny's favorite restaurants. And today, my daughter got to experience it for the very first time.

Three generations. One special place. A whole lot of memories. 🥹❤️

Watching her smile reminded me of something...

Money is important. But TIME? Time is something you can never get back.

One of the reasons I've worked so hard to build residual income is because I want more moments like THIS.

The flexibility to be present. To create memories. To give my daughter experiences she'll remember long after the day is over.

Because at the end of the day, I'm not just building income.

I'M BUILDING A LEGACY. 👑❤️

And she's my biggest WHY.

“Your income can be good and your financial position can still be fragile.”

A good income can hide a bad financial strategy.

Read that again.

Somebody can make $80K, $100K, even $150K+ a year and still be one interruption away from financial pressure.

Why?

Because income and financial infrastructure are not the same thing.

If all of your money comes from one source…

If your credit limits what you can access…

If your business depends entirely on your personal cash…

If you haven't built anything that can produce income without another hour of your time…

Then making more money may have improved your lifestyle without necessarily improving your financial position.

That’s why I stopped looking at money as just “How much do I make?”

I started asking better questions:

How many options does my money give me?

Because the goal isn't just a bigger paycheck.

The goal is to become harder to financially disrupt. 💯

That’s a different conversation.

And it’s one I think a LOT more working people and entrepreneurs need to be having.

An LLC can make you a business owner on PAPER.

But paperwork alone doesn't build a business that's positioned to grow.

There's a difference between creating an entity and building an infrastructure.

Your business should be developing its own financial foundation:

🏦 Business banking
📊 Business credit profile
💰 Revenue & cash-flow history
📈 Funding readiness
🌐 Professional business presence

And one of the biggest mistakes entrepreneurs make is waiting until they NEED capital before they start thinking about becoming fundable.

That's backwards.

You don't build the fire extinguisher when the building is already on fire.

Build the capacity BEFORE you need the capital.

The goal isn't simply to say:

“I own a business.”

The goal is to build something that can operate, establish credibility, access resources and eventually scale.

90 days can change A LOT.

But only if you actually do something with them.

We're officially in Q4, and I'm looking at these last three months differently.

I'm not asking, “What do I want before the year ends?”

I'm asking:

“What am I willing to DO consistently for the next 90 days to make it happen?”

Because goals don't respond to intentions.
They respond to ACTION.

October 1st.

Three months left in 2026.

I'm not entering this quarter asking what I could accomplish.

I'm entering it knowing exactly what I'm building toward.

More conversations.
More relationships.
More impact.
More income.
More leadership.
More consistency.

The first 9 months gave me lessons.

The last 3 are getting ex*****on.

I'm not waiting for January to become more disciplined about the life I'm building.

Q4 starts NOW. 🔒
