We are looking for an Accountant Assistant to perform daily accounting and administrative tasks that will support our team. Assistant will be working directly under supervision of CPA.

Responsibilities

Collecting and data entry of tax information
Filing and copying
Bookkeeping
Payroll and sales tax filing
Answering phone calls

Skills

Chinese/Mandarin (Required)
Work experience with clerical/ assistant (Preferred)
Good math skills and the ability to spot numerical errors
Hands-on experience with MS Excel and accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks)
Strong organization skills
Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information
Job Type: Part-time
