Weekend Prep Friday: Give your business a little more breathing room by creating a continuity folder. Keep current emergency contacts, key account and service-provider information, insurance details, lease or asset records, important renewal dates, and a written outline of who should be contacted if an unexpected interruption affects the business.
Store sensitive information carefully, limit access to people who genuinely need it, and review the folder when responsibilities or vendors change. Requirements for records, privacy, insurance, contracts, and regulated industries vary, so this is a general organizational reminder, not individualized legal, accounting, privacy, insurance, or cybersecurity advice. Confirm current obligations with the relevant agency, policy, and qualified professional.
What information would be hardest for your business to locate during an unexpected interruption?
Love u all and there's nothing u can do about it!
