Regarding the Beneficial Ownership Information (BOI) reporting, THEY WILL NOT ISSUE ANY FINES OR PENELTIES BASED ON FALUIRE TO FILE THE BOI REPORT.

FinCEN published this article after its previous post on February 18th that resumed the requirement for Filing BOIs with a 30 day extention to be filed by March 21st 2025.

To reiterate: You are required to file a BOI filing for corporations by March 21st, 2025 but they will NOT issue fines or penalties if you do not file.

No more B.O.I Filing requirement!!!!
In reference to the BOI Filings, following the recent injunction being put back in place, Companies are now not required to file the BOI report, and there will be no penalties, for now. I will continue to keep you all updated.

All BOI filing requirements have been reinstated with a deadline of January 13, 2025 for most businesses.
