There's something special about spending a day working alongside people who are making a lasting difference in their community.
Last week, our Melville team volunteered at Smile Farms, helping plant the garden and support an organization that creates meaningful work and training opportunities for people with developmental disabilities. We left inspired by the people we met and grateful for the opportunity to contribute, even in a small way. Thank you, Smile Farms, for welcoming us and for the incredible work you do every day.

Women's retirement security is shaped by more than individual financial decisions. Factors like the gender pay gap, longer life expectancy, and career interruptions for caregiving can have a lasting impact on retirement savings over time.
Building a more secure future starts with awareness. When more people have access to retirement plans and the knowledge to start saving early, the opportunity for long-term financial security grows.

Earlier this spring, Amanda Campbell hosted a group of attorneys at Old Westminster Winery for an afternoon together.
It was wonderful to reconnect with familiar faces, welcome new connections, and enjoy time away from the day-to-day. Thank you to everyone who joined us. We can't wait for the next gathering!

This weekend, we'll be cheering on Robert Wickens and the DXDT Racing team as they head to the Chevrolet Grand Prix at Canadian Tire Motorsport Park.
After the team's transporter was destroyed in a fire earlier this season, along with Robert's custom hand control system, DXDT Racing was forced to miss the IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship weekend at Laguna Seca. Following an incredible effort to rebuild the bespoke controls, Robert is back behind the wheel for the first time since the fire, returning at his home event.
Robert's determination continues to inspire us, and we're proud to support him and the entire DXDT Racing team. Wishing everyone a successful weekend in Canada.
