Ten days out. Here's your day at the South Florida Nonprofit Collaboration Summit, presented by Chazin and the Community Foundation of Broward: 🗓️

Morning: Lara Jakubowski of La Piana Consulting on mergers, alliances, and shared services, followed by Chazin's Jackie McLaughlin on financial positioning for partnership.

Midday: Ann Mei Chang, former CEO of Candid, takes the stage with ""We're in this Together: Achieving our Missions through Collaboration,"" then lunch and networking.

Afternoon: The Collaboration in Action panel, then the Mission Impact Award drawing, where two attending organizations win $1,500 and $500 in unrestricted funds.
