CA should be the land of abundance, and that includes insurance. Until we mitigate our fire risk, have proper water management, reduce crime and allow free markets back in CA all we will see is "limited" offerings.

The two companies, which pulled back from issuing policies in the state after a series of destructive wildfires, have new coverage proposals.

The general election is in just 46 days and ballots will be in your mail box around October 5.

I was so inspired by the candidates and thought leaders I heard at the Beverly Hills Freedom Rally. I encourage anyone reading this to give your vote to candidates who can help us change course in CA.

I have not made an endorsement for Insurance Commissioner, however one candidate is especially unqualified and would send us down a ruinous path or greater government interference in our marketplace.

The candidate for insurance commissioner has campaigned on a platform of smoke and mirrors: big talk, little respect for the facts, and at times outright falsehoods.

"Great tire regs that we just adopted," California Energy Commissioner and former legislator Nancy Skinner. Was your tire effiency something that kept you up at night?! Probably not. Here we go again with yet another example of overregualtion where the hardest working Californians will feel the greatest consequence of Sacramento actions.
