📣 We’re Hiring at Pippin CPA!

We’re looking for a Client Services & Workflow Manager to join our team in Mountain Home.

This is much more than a receptionist position. We’re looking for someone who is friendly, highly organized, dependable, a great communicator, and able to stay calm when several things are happening at once. You’ll be the welcoming face our clients see while also helping keep our office organized and work moving behind the scenes.

Accounting experience is a plus, but not required. We’re much more interested in finding the right person who has good judgment, enjoys working with people, and is eager to learn.

We work hard—especially during tax season—but we also value family, flexibility, and enjoying the people you work with. Our seasonal schedule even includes Fridays off during the summer!

💼 Full-time
💰 $43,000–$48,000, depending on experience

Today is a bittersweet day at Pippin CPA 💙
Our tax processor, Kadyn, is officially heading off to serve in the U.S. Army, and today marks his last day with our team.

Kadyn has been an incredible part of our firm—hardworking, dependable, and always willing to help wherever needed. While we’ll miss him greatly, we are so proud of him and grateful for his willingness to serve our country.

🚨 Beware of Fake IRS Letters! 🚨

We recently had a client receive a letter that looked completely official — IRS logo, formal wording, even a payment address — but it was a scam. These fake notices are becoming more common and can be very convincing.

If you ever get a letter claiming to be from the IRS, don’t send money or share personal information until you’re sure it’s legitimate.

✅ Do this instead:
-Take a clear photo or scan of the letter
-Contact us — we can quickly verify whether it’s real or a scam
-Never make a payment or call the number listed without checking first
