BOI – Corporate Transparency Act

If you are the owner of a small business, you may be required by the Corporate Transparency Act to file your beneficial ownership information with the U.S. Department of the Treasury. At Donna J Hendrix, CPA, PSC, we can help you determine if your business is required to file a BOI. Our services can be acquired to file the report on your behalf. Filing deadlines do apply.
