Two $200 million referrals in three years. From the firm itself.
That does not happen everywhere. That does not happen at most places. And that is exactly the kind of thing advisors miss when they are evaluating a move based purely on payout percentages.
I moved a client to Rockefeller three years ago. Since then, the firm has sent him two referrals worth $200 million each. That is not a transition bonus. That is the platform working for him in a way he could not manufacture on his own.
This is what real access looks like. Access to clients. Access to lending strategies. Access to opportunities that simply do not exist at other firms.
And here is the lesson for every firm sitting in a competitive recruiting environment right now.
If an advisor is choosing between five W2 firms, what are they getting at your firm that they cannot get anywhere else? Not better technology. Not a slightly higher payout. What is the genuine differentiator that changes what is possible for their practice?
If you cannot answer that clearly, you are already losing the advisors worth having. 👇
