Jacob and his wife Lena teed it up at Pineview Golf Course this weekend for the Twin Lakes Softball golf outing. We’re always happy to support events that give back to our local athletes and community. Thanks to everyone who came out!

Happy Work Anniversary to three amazing members of our team!

Jill 9/25 – 9 Years! Since 2017, Jill has been an essential part of Baker Milligan, and she does it all in style. Fun fact: her drink cup ALWAYS matches her outfit!

Sabra 9/26 – 4 Years! Sabra joined us in 2022 and has been a home run ever since. When she's not helping our clients, she's cheering on her Chicago Cubs! 💙❤️

Shari 9/26 – 4 Years! Shari has been a sweet addition to our team since 2022, and speaking of sweet, her favorite candy is peanut butter M&M's! (Now you know what to bring her!)

Thank you, ladies, for your hard work, dedication, and all the fun you bring to the office. We're so lucky to have you! 🖤 💛

Double the birthdays, double the celebrating!

Join us in wishing a very Happy Birthday to two members of our Baker Milligan team!

Robin (8/30) – Our payroll queen! If your paycheck has ever shown up right on time, you have Robin to thank. She keeps payroll running like clockwork for our clients.

Cody (9/1) ~Not Pictured~ – Who joined our team as a staff accountant back in June. We can't wait to see all he accomplishes with Baker Milligan.

The team took a short trip up to Four Winds. The Baker Milligan crew showed up Saturday for some good food at Skip's, some poolside sunshine with live music, a few hands at the tables, and a Cubbies W to cap it off. Not everyone could make it, but we still had a great time 🎲🎰

We're always looking for ways to improve the client experience. If you could add one thing to your tax prepration/accountant experience, what would it be?

More reminders?
Easier communication?
Helpful tax tips throughout the year?
More education?
A simpler process?
Something else?

We'd love to hear your thoughts in the comments.
