IRS Refund Update:

For taxpayers that claim the Earned Income Tax Credit (EITC) or Additional Child Tax Credit (ACTC), the IRS has announced they can expect their refund by March 3, 2025, following the lifting of the PATH Act.

We know refunds may be released earlier, but this is the official timeline for now.

The IRS will start accepting individual tax returns on Monday, January 27th.
