Last week, friends, family, and colleagues gathered to honor the retirement of Keith Mitchell, owner of Mitchell & Mitchell Agencies. Over four decades, Keith has built more than a successful agency. He has built a legacy of opportunity, mentorship, and genuine care for the people around him.

His leadership has opened doors for countless individuals, helping them grow their careers and achieve goals they once only imagined. The turnout to celebrate him was a true testament to the lasting impact he has made on his team, his clients, and his community.

Keith, thank you for your dedication, your guidance, and the example you have set. After 43 years of travel and hard work, you have certainly earned some well-deserved time to rest, enjoy your family, and, of course, spend more time with the grandkids!

Wishing you all the best in this exciting next chapter. Congratulations, Keith! 👏

Happy Mitchell Method Monday! 🙌 Savannah from our Liberty National team in Pensacola is sharing her sales tip: just focus on being consistent.

Some people think consistency is unachievable. Savannah says it's not. Get a little "paranoid" about everything that could go wrong, then plan ahead so you can stay consistent anyway. And yes, it works! 💪

Save this for the next time you need a push. 👇
