Hackers have been at it again…do not open any email or attachments that look like they came from [email protected]. My IT team is on top of this issue and have it contained. Rest assured all client data is secure as this only has to do with email and “stole tokens” generated from a clients email…way above my pay grade of knowledge.Sorry for the inconvenience!

If you received the below email it did not come from me. My IT department is looking into this and has determined that it wasn’t sent from our email and that the email address was spoofed but to be safe delete the email and don’t click on the links.

I wanted to take a minute to address the parking situation at our Moberly location. As you may have seen that the city changed Coates Street to be parallel parking. They are in the process of working on our parking lot to accommodate parking for our clients. This is an unfortunate situation but was out of our control and we are working to make the best of the situation. Thank you all for your patience.

This is a reminder that after September 30, 2025 individuals will no longer be able to make federal tax payments via paper check, money order, etc. All payments must be made online. Now would be a great time to create an online account with the IRS. Also, September 30 is the last day for individuals to create an account on EFTPS which is a method of making electronic payments to the IRS.

The reporting requirements for Beneficial Ownership Information has been reinstated as of today. The current deadline is January 13th. We were all hoping that the injunction that was imposed on December 3rd would stay in place but unfortunately it did not. Please contact our office if you have any questions or need us to complete the filing for you if we haven’t already done so.
