A strong practice is built on people who care, and we are excited to welcome Jeremy Eshelman to ours. Jeremy brings almost 20 years of extensive experience at Ameriprise Financial, a genuine commitment to service, and a calm approach to financial planning. He believes personalized guidance makes a meaningful difference, especially when people are making important long-term decisions.

This week marks 30 years since I first transitioned from a licensed assistant (known as a paraplanner) to begin as a rookie Financial Advisor at Ameriprise (then known as American Express Financial Advisors/IDS).

It has been quite an adventure! You should ask me about it over a beverage of your choice sometime.

I am grateful for the members of my Team at Jirak & Associates! Without them I could not provide as amazing an experience for as many people. While collectively we have over 120 years of experience in the industry, I want to call out and recognize my longest tenure Team member, Carly, for also celebrating 23 years this month with Jirak & Associates.

I am also grateful for the clients that have entrusted us with advising them along this journey called "Life"! It is the privilege to serve you that has continued to motivate me to work, learn and grow.

As I look forward towards the next 15 years of my career, I am excited for continued changes and new technology will allow for the even better service of our clients. I am also focused on helping to develop the next generation of advisors behind me to help serve multiple generations of clients with a high quality of advice.
