Finding balance between growing your business in a healthy way and being overwhelmed can be tricky. I’ve learned my limits over the last few years and now am vigilant to prevent burnout by creating limits and boundaries about what I agree to take on. 2025 was a year I took a step back in a couple areas to create more space for my business to breathe.
