The seasons will always change, and so will life—but one thing that will never change is who Leilani's Consulting LLC is at its core.
Six years ago, I started this business with a dream, a purpose, and a desire to make my big sister proud. I didn’t know everything that was ahead of me. I simply knew I wanted to build something meaningful.
Over the years, I’ve grown in ways I never imagined. I’ve learned how to speak in front of people, host workshops, collaborate with other businesses, educate my community, and step into the woman and business owner I was meant to become.
But through every season, I’ve reminded myself:
The only thing that should change is my growth—not my character.
I will never become fake for success. I will never forget where I came from. I will never forget the people who supported me, taught me, encouraged me, or believed in me when I was still figuring it all out.
