When and were at a cabin togetber with a group of friends one afternoon a few New Years Eves ago, she watched Mark as he spent hours sorting and labeling his emails and navigating his calendar on his laptop while everyone else was having fun. She asked Mark if he needed some help running his firm, and he said yes please. The rest is history.

Today is Katie, our beloved Director of Client Success’s last day at . While she is leaving to open a brand new school in her hometown of Madison, WI, the impact she made on our firm and our client’s experience will stick with us forever. For 2.5 amazing years, Katie designed systems, aided with numerous welcome calls, and brought a newfound serenity to the daily grind that is running a CPA firm for and Mark. Our firm is stronger than ever because of what you gave us, and we are forever grateful.
