1. Catch up bokkeeping records
2. Discuss how you should file with your CPA (S-corporation/Sole Proprietor)
3. Examine financial statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, and Statement of Cash Flows
4. Determine if you should prepay any expenses to pay less taxes
5. Update mileage log
