The Iowa Department of Revenue has informed us there are changes to how they're issuing early season refunds this year, and we're here to help you and your clients stay informed.
Who does it affect?
Any Iowa state tax return filed before February 4, 2024, that is expecting a refund.
How will your clients receive their refunds?
Refunds are being delivered in a paper check form by the United States Postal Service, even if a direct deposit was requested.
