One of our values is service, and we’re grateful for opportunities to put that value into action. This morning, our team helped with yard cleanup at Solid Ground, which supports families coming out of homelessness.

We are honored to serve such an important mission in our community.

Happy 3rd work anniversary, Nikki!

Nikki is such an asset to our team. She wears many hats, serves as our utility player, and consistently follows through on the details that keep us moving forward. She also helps hold our team accountable and ensures we're delivering our best for our clients.

Thank you, Nikki, for all you do for Schultz Financial Group. We appreciate your dedication, hard work, and the positive impact you make every day. Congratulations on this milestone!

Simplifying your financial life doesn't have to be complicated.

Start small: consolidate a few accounts, organize statements, review beneficiaries. Small steps create real momentum and that’s worth celebrating.

And you don't have to do it alone.

Our team is built to take the lead on this and help provide clarity and simplicity to your financial life, so you can move forward with confidence.

Markets move. Your goals shouldn't have to.

A strong financial plan is built with ups and downs in mind, so you can stay focused no matter the headlines.

One thing I hear from my clients is this:
“The most valuable part of our planning wasn’t rate of return—it was figuring out how to turn it into real, usable income.”

Many retirees come in with multiple buckets—401(k)s, IRAs, brokerage accounts, pensions, Social Security—and one big question:
“How do I actually pay myself from all of this?”

That’s where our planning really shines. Together, we walk through:
• Tax-smart withdrawal strategies
• Balancing fixed vs. variable income
• Aligning investment income with a plan of when you intend to spend those dollars
• Attempting to eliminate or reduce the need to sell investments during a down market
• Making sure every dollar has a purpose

Turning wealth into income with intention—that clarity brings peace of mind.

If you’re approaching retirement and unsure how to turn your savings into a steady, purposeful paycheck, I’d be happy to help.

Reasons people think you work with an advisor:
1. To get the highest rate of return

Reasons to work with an advisor:
1. Advisors provide protection over emotional reactions
2. Advisors inspire you to take action on your goals
3. Advisors keep you up to date on new laws and changes
4. Advisors can point out your blind spots
5. Advisors provide guidance on how to put all the financial puzzle pieces together
6. Advisors act as a sounding board

Protection over emotional reactions is often forgotten, but it is a huge asset I offer my long term clients.

Your feelings cloud your judgement. Stress, threats, anger, disappointment, vulnerability and fear can create tunnel vision, and cause you to not see the whole picture, and make rash decisions.

Even positive feelings like excitement and feeling successful can have the same effect.

During these emotional times, an advisor can ground you in your own goals, values, and vision.

Advisors provide clarity for an intentional future.

What feelings are getting in your way?
