Hello, do you own your own business? If so, did you file a state charter? Such as an LLC, S-Corp, C-Corp, if so there is a filing requirement with the U.S
Department of the Teasury called beneficial owner imformational reporting or B.O
I. reporting that is required to be filed online or by pdf by 12/31/24 if your business charter was created prior to 2024? If your business was started in 2024, you have 60 days from the date of formation to file the BOI report. The report only needs filed once unless your business information changes? My fee for filing on your behalf is very reasonable. This can be done without meeting face to face if you prefer? I offer full accounting services and tax preparation service for small businesses and personal tax preparation.
