Wisconsin Home Values Rise Amid Limited Market Supply
It’s no secret that Wisconsin’s housing market continues to challenge both buyers and sellers. In August, home sales dipped by 8.3%, driven by a combination of limited inventory and affordability concerns. As a result, the median price climbed 7.1% to $362,000. What’s interesting, though, is that year-to-date sales have still managed to rise by 3.2%, and with just 4.4 months of inventory available, sellers continue to hold the advantage.
