🌟 Meet the Team Monday! 🌟

Meet Trenton Dorn, our Financial Services Associate here at The Capital Group!

Originally from Mosinee, Wisconsin, Trenton earned his B.S. in General Finance from the University of Wisconsin–Stevens Point. He passed his Series 7 in late June of this year and is currently preparing for the Series 66. Looking ahead, he plans to earn his CFP® designation and to pursue additional designations beyond it.

Outside of the office, Trenton enjoys spending time with friends and family and cheering on the Brewers, Badgers, and Packers.

At the start of this year, Trenton took his very first flight to Punta Cana, which also happened to be his first time traveling outside of the country! The experience gave him a newfound appreciation for travel, and he’s already looking forward to seeing much more of the world. ✈️🌎

🌟 Meet the Team Monday! 🌟

Meet Monyka, our marketing person here at The Capital Group! 🎉

From managing our website and social media to helping with events and looking at what is working behind the scenes, Monyka is involved in many of the projects you see from our team.

This past week, she took a cruise through the Caribbean with her partner! She spent plenty of time at the beach, explored a few beautiful ports, tried plenty of good food, and, of course, took lots of photos along the way. 🌴

Cruising is also a favorite way to travel for many of our clients. Whether it is an annual tradition or a long-awaited trip, these are the kinds of experiences that make planning for the future feel worthwhile.

🌟 Meet the Team Monday! 🌟

Meet Tyler McConville, CFP®, TPCP®, ChFC®, AWMA®, CRPC®, a Private Wealth Advisor at The Capital Group!

This past weekend, Tyler continued one of his favorite family traditions: an annual trip to Minnesota with his wife's family.

This year's trip was especially memorable as Tyler and his wife introduced their 10-month-old son to the tradition for the very first time. From his first Fleet Farm run to his first experience at the lake, the weekend was full of memorable milestones. And judging by the smiles, he was a big fan of lake life. 🌊

Outside the office, Tyler enjoys traveling, trying new recipes in the kitchen, and spending fall weekends cheering on the Hawkeyes and Packers. But lately, some of life's most rewarding moments have come from sharing meaningful experiences and traditions with the next generation.

As many families know, traditions are about more than the destination. They're about creating memories with the people who matter most.

🌟 Meet the Team Monday! 🌟

Meet Colleen Anderson, a Private Wealth Advisor here at The Capital Group!

This past weekend, Colleen and her family continued one of their favorite summer traditions with their annual trip to Green Lake, Wisconsin. ☀️ Their getaway included plenty of time by the water, sunset views, family photos, and even a stop at the giant “Good Life” chair, complete with a few tiny rubber ducks joining the picture.

Colleen’s daughters, Leah and Emily, are also getting ready for a big school year as they head into 2nd and 6th grade this fall!

Back at the office, Colleen is celebrating another exciting milestone: recently passing the CFP® exam. 🎉 She is proud of the work it took to reach this goal and looks forward to continuing to help new and existing clients feel more confident about their financial futures.

Whether it is planning a family tradition, preparing for a new school year, or working toward a long-term goal, the meaningful moments often begin with a little planning.

Meet Kevin Mohr CFP®, CRPC®, a Financial Planner here at The Capital Group! 🎊

Kevin was drawn to financial planning because he enjoys helping people better understand their financial situations and building long-term relationships along the way.

Outside the office, Kevin enjoys spending time with his family and traveling. Last summer, he and his wife visited Hawaii, where they soaked up the hot weather, relaxed by the beach, and enjoyed a change of pace from everyday life. 🌺

Trips like this are a great reminder that financial planning is not only about preparing for the future. It is also about creating room for the people, experiences, and memories that matter to you.

🌟 Meet the Team Monday! 🌟

We’re two days behind, but we’re excited to kick off Meet the Team Monday, a new series introducing the people behind The Capital Group and sharing a little more about who they are inside and outside the office.

First up: John Litscher, CFP®, CRPC®, AWMA®, CRPS®, Partner and Private Wealth Advisor here at The Capital Group! 🎉

When John is not leading our advisory team and helping clients build financial plans that fit their lives, he can often be found cheering on the Badgers, coaching youth sports, or spending time outdoors with his family around Madison.

This past weekend, John and his family headed to a 4th of July parade. Below is a family shot in front of a fire truck, with a special shoutout to his brother-in-law Ryan, who serves as a fireman. Thank you for what you do, Ryan!

John also could not help but notice the World Cup buzz this weekend, including the bagpiper in the picture who was, of course, rooting for Scotland. There is something pretty special about watching the whole world show up in one place, wave their flags, and simply enjoy a game together.

Seeing fans from different countries laughing and celebrating side by side in the stands is a good reminder that even with all our differences, we often have more in common than we think.

Whether it is a parade, a match, or a milestone birthday, the best moments in life are often the ones we plan for ahead of time. That is what financial planning is really about: making room today for the moments that matter most tomorrow.
