September has me feeling a little sentimental about this business. 🩵

Turquoise Tax Pros started in October 2023 with a pretty simple vision: make a little extra money.

And somehow… it turned into a BUSINESS. Fast. 😂

Have our systems always been perfect? Absolutely not. We’ve built them, changed them, scrapped them, rebuilt them, and learned a whole lot along the way.

Because the truth is, there is no handbook for building a business in this industry.

We learn as we go. We listen to our clients. We take the wins AND the criticism as opportunities to get better. When something doesn’t work, we fix it. When we outgrow a system, we build a better one.

And I genuinely believe that’s a huge part of why Turquoise Tax Pros has grown the way it has.

We aren’t successful because we’ve gotten everything right.

We’re successful because we refuse to stop getting better. 🩵

Almost 3 years later, and it feels like we’re only getting started.

A little business update 📈

As Turquoise Tax Pros continues to grow, we’ve officially hired someone to assist with daily operations!

We’re still building the systems and processes needed to fully transition tasks into her role, but the goal is simple: better turnaround times, increased availability, and an even smoother client experience.

The knowledge, experience, and level of support we provide have grown tremendously and our pricing MUST begin reflecting that value.

Because of this, our service prices will be increasing soon.

We aren’t raising prices just to raise them. We’re investing in the people, systems, and capacity needed to serve our clients at the level that we do in which they deserve.
