👏 We’re thrilled to celebrate one of our own — this past week, our team member was officially promoted to the rank of Major in the Air National Guard! A huge congratulations to Colin Backert for this incredible achievement and thank you for your continued service.

🇺🇸 As part of Baird Gives Back Week, our team had the honor of volunteering at Cave Hill and Zachary Taylor National Cemeteries, placing thousands of flags to honor our nation's veterans.

💙 We also supported the Spina Bifida Association, helping them prepare for their upcoming annual fundraiser — a cause close to our hearts.

🎓 And last but not least, a big congratulations to all the graduates this month! We celebrate your hard work, dedication, and the bright futures ahead.
