Procurement is the part of interior design nobody posts about.

It's checking quotes against invoices. Following up on a backordered sofa for the third time. Pairing COM fabric with the right frame. Dealing with a damaged delivery at the receiver.

None of it is optional. All of it takes time.

And as your firm grows, it takes more. More projects mean more vendors, more lead times, and more chances for something to slip.
