A few months ago, Midlands held its first-ever team dinner at Venue, and we thought it was worth sharing.

At Midlands, we've always believed that what we do is about more than the work itself. It's about the people behind it. This special evening gave our team the opportunity to bring their families together, spend time with one another outside of the office, and connect with the people who support, encourage, and care for them long after the workday ends.

One of the highlights of the evening was hearing from our partners as they shared their appreciation for the Midlands team. Their remarks served as a meaningful reminder that every individual is valued not only for their contributions to the firm, but for who they are as people and the role they play in the culture that makes Midlands what it is.

As our first-ever team dinner, it was a great opportunity to strengthen relationships, celebrate our team, and recognize the families who support them every step of the way. We're grateful for the people who make Midlands such a special place and look forward to continuing this tradition for years to come.

Two weeks ago, we had the pleasure of hosting our client appreciation event, bringing together our clients, their friends and families, and our advisors for an evening of great food, drinks, raffle prizes, photo booth memories, and meaningful conversations.

One of the highlights of the evening was hearing from our advisor partners as they shared the legacy of Midlands and reflected on the four generations of advisors who have helped shape our firm. Their remarks were a meaningful reminder of the relationships, trust, and commitment that have been the foundation of our work for generations.

It was also wonderful to see clients, family members, and friends connect with one another, share stories, and enjoy the evening together. Events like these are a great reminder that the relationships we build extend far beyond business.

Our team got creative by transforming old t-shirts into tote bags! These bags will be a great help for families at our local food banks. Grateful for the support from the Principal Foundation in making this possible.

For the last few years, our team has been committed to making a difference in the lives of foster care! Huge thanks to our clients for their incredible donations - - your support means everything. Helping these children start fresh with essentials is a tradition we are honored to continue! 💙
