J.W. Watts Tax Service

We became aware today that our actual website page had an AI generated chat box and was responding to questions as if they were speaking with someone in our office. We were never informed by the website creator that this was on our page. Our website was actually sold out from out former website creator to a different company without us knowing and details were not updated. If you have used that chat box before please know that we had zero acknowledgment of this. We have now made sure that the chat box is no longer available on our website. If anyone has any questions please call our office or shoot one of the preparers an email

We want to thank everyone for trusting us another year with all of their tax needs. We value each of our clients more than you know and let’s be honest, you are more than just a number to us all. We cherish the friendships made along the way, 74 years to be exact, and we take pride in going above and beyond to make sure your needs are met.

We are now back to off season hours but know that we are still in office year round to assist with anything you may need.

Again thank you all for another successful tax season ❤️

Happy April 15th. Thank you all for yet another successful tax season! We will now be going back to our off season hours.

04/14/2025

Good morning. We have TWO days left of tax season! Our hours will be the same, 7:30-6:00, today and tomorrow. We do not extend hours any further for the last two days. We have already stopped all drop off and email tax returns. Please make arrangements to come into the office to have your return prepared.

If you need an extension filed we can take care of that for you. With that being said please remember an extension is ONLY good for the paperwork. It does not give you an extension on any amount due. You do have the option to send money with the extension.

If you normally always get a refund an extension is NOT needed.

With all of this being said please remember one more thing. Be KIND to our staff these last two days. It’s been a long 4 months!

Thank you all for you continued support ❤️
