Organizations like Latinos Talk have been pivotal to Prospero’s growth and success.

In just over a year in Lake Elsinore, we’ve been fortunate to receive recognition and nominations that reflect the impact this community is helping us create.

But none of it happens alone.

We share the same mission: helping the Latino community move forward and prosper.

When organizations, leaders, and community members work together, the impact multiplies.

Why the Latino community? Because it’s personal. 🇲🇽🇺🇸🌱

Like many first-generation kids, I grew up translating mail, helping at the bank, filling out forms, and navigating systems our parents didn’t fully understand.

I also saw family members come from Mexico and get taken advantage of simply because they didn’t know how the system worked.

That experience stayed with me. I went back to school, earned my MBA, and made this problem the focus of my thesis.

Today, that mission is Prospero.

Our goal is big: build a scalable solution that helps Latino families prosper across the country.

But it starts with one person, one family, one community at a time.

More Than an Office — It’s a Community Hub 🌱🏠

Right in the heart of Downtown Lake Elsinore, you’ll find our Centro de Prosperidad — Prosperity Center.

But it’s much more than just where Prospero has an office.

It’s a space created for our community. 🤝

Workshops. Events. Resources. Conversations. Connections. And organizations coming together to serve our families.

Just last week, we had the opportunity to host the Mexican Consulate for five days, bringing important services directly into our community. 🇲🇽

That’s exactly what we want Centro de Prosperidad to be:

A place where our community knows they can walk through the door, ask for help, get connected, and find opportunities to move forward. 🌱
