This week, we bid farewell to a true leader and a great man, Ted Harless, as he steps down from Managing Director into a new chapter of life. His dedication, wisdom, and leadership have left a lasting impact on all of us. While we will miss his steady guidance, we are also excited to welcome another great man, Jonathan Conrad, who will be stepping into his shoes. We have no doubt that Jonathan will continue the legacy of excellence and bring new energy to our team. Here's to the past and to the bright future ahead!
