My seller family officially closed the door on one chapter with the sale of their home, and my first-time home buyer officially got the keys to his!

There’s always something a little bittersweet about closing day. Homes hold a lot of life, memories, and milestones, but there’s also something exciting about what comes next.

We’ve had some pretty memorable showings over the last two years or so. The VERY first one was a smidge sketchy… as in, we toured a condemned property while carrying a baseball bat around with us. 🤣😅

We even wrote an offer on a home along the way that didn’t work out, but they finally ended up where they’re supposed to be! 🏡

I’m so excited for you guys and can’t wait to watch you make this place your own… especially when those Highland cows are roaming the property! 🐄🐄

I say it all the time…when it’s your door, it will open. 🚪

⏰ Median days on market for sold homes: 39 days
📋 Homes are selling for about 96.65% of their list price

And right now, there are 136 active homes on the market in White County.

If you own a 3-bedroom home, you may want to pay attention. 👀

So far in 2026, 3-bedroom homes are leading the White County market.

Of the 177 three-bedroom homes listed:
