Our Story

Dorothy Vaden, owner of Vaden Accounting Services is a highly skilled CPA and QuickBooks Expert. She managed her own firm in Watertown, Tennessee from 1995 - 2011 providing small-business owners and entrepreneurs with the help they needed to make their small business a success. In 2011 she relocated to Knoxville, TN and continues to do accounting and tax consulting work for small businesses while also enjoying her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Dorothy specializes in businesses that range from start-ups to businesses with revenues of up to $5.0 million per year. She understands the challenges small business face, but believes the opportunities have never been better to achieve financial success.

Dorothy is a trained and licensed Certified Public Accountant and a QuickBooks expert. She earned her Associates Degree in Accounting from Cumberland University and a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration and Master of Business Administration from Middle Tennessee State University.
