We are so excited to share that we have moved into a more accommodating and larger office space! We are in the same building - just two doors down to 4012 Fort Henry Drive. If you know where Dr. Amato's office used to be, that's where we are! The opportunity came unexpectedly, and we had to move quickly. But we are humbled and grateful, to say the least. Stop by to see us! Office hours are 9:00 am - 4:00 pm; Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays.

If you owe taxes and can't pay the balance by the deadline, make sure to file your return on time and pay as much as you can. Filing on time will help you avoid additional penalties from piling up. An reminder: An extension of time to file is not an extension of time to pay.

What do I need to file? This is the question we hear a lot this time of year.
Here are some of the most common pieces of information our clients need to file:
W2 (if you were employed in 2023)
1099 (if you were self-employed in 2023)
1095A (if you had Marketplace Insurance)
1099SSA (if you drew Social Security)
1099SA (if you had a Health Savings Account)
1098T (if you or any of your dependents were in college)
1099R (if you drew retirement or a pension)
IP PIN # (if you were a victim of identity theft; the IRS issues this # every year by mail)

We hope everyone is staying warm and safe! Thank you for being patient and understanding as we have had to adjust our hours this week due to the wacky weather. Beginning Monday, January 22, our walk-in season will officially kick-off. Our office hours will be 9:00 am - 8:00 pm; Monday - Saturday. Lori will prepare your tax return on a first-come, first-serve basis during the walk-in season. The last day for walk-ins is Wednesday, February 14. After this day, an appointment will be necessary to see Lori. If you prefer an appointment, call our office now to schedule (423.726.2206). We are already 50% booked! Remember, you may drop off your tax documents with us at any time during our office hours. We call you when your return is ready to be signed and picked up.
*FYI: The IRS will not process returns until January 29. So while we may be able to prepare your return, they will not review returns or issue refunds until after this date.
