I grew up in Kerrville and graduated from Tivy High School, where I completed 4 years of accounting classes. Being from Kerrville, I’ve always enjoyed being part of this community, and I’m excited to be starting my career in accounting and continuing to learn and grow in the profession. Outside of work, I enjoy playing pickleball, reading, and decorating. I also love to travel and have been fortunate to visit many different places over the years. When I’m not at the office, you can usually find me enjoying one of those hobbies or spending time with family and friends!

As we celebrate the freedoms and blessings of the Fourth of July, we're also reminded of the strength, resilience, and compassion that define our Hill Country community.

This week, we pause to remember those whose lives were forever changed by last year's floods. We honor the lives lost, keep their families in our thoughts, and recognize the neighbors, first responders, volunteers, and organizations who came together in a time of unimaginable need.

This week's staff spotlight is one of our Professional Staff, Elisa Garza!

I am a native Texan. Graduated from the University of Texas San Antonio. I've been in public accounting 15 years, and 8 years with Davidson Freedle. I have enjoyed working with a great team of people here at DF, and the experience gained has truly been invaluable. Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my nephew, my family, friends, and my sweet girl Harley who loves going just about everywhere with me. I also love traveling and RVing from beaches to mountains!
