Can I have a moment? 🥹

One of THEE GREATEST compliments my business has received (on multiple occasions) is, "There is SUCH a sweet, pleasant, or calm spirit in this office"! This one ALWAYS MESSES ME UP!
But TODAY, I received a call from a potential client and he asked....

What planet are you from?
Me: Excuse me?
Him: What planet are you from? You are so nice and professional and I've called a few places before calling you.
Me: *Laughing* I'm actually from planet Earth, have you heard of it?
Him: Actually, I have. Thank you for being so professional.
Me: You are more than welcome.

Needless to say, he booked an appointment...

Moral? Professionalism, kindness, and a calm spirit should never be so rare that they feel out of this world.

You never know what someone has experienced before they reach you. Sometimes, simply being patient, pleasant, knowledgeable, and willing to listen is the difference between being “just another accountant” and being the person they remember.

I don't take compliments like this lightly. It reminds me that how we serve people matters just as much as what we know.

So, apparently, I’m from Planet Earth… but the customer service must be from somewhere out of this world. 😆🌎

🔎 Tax Return Audits & Resolution - helping businesses address outstanding tax liabilities, stop tax liens, identify missed opportunities, correct errors, and areas of concern.

💼 Business & Tax Consulting - helping business owners set up their business and provide advice on Tax consequences.

Oh yeah, and TAX PREPARATION. 🤷🏾‍♀️

Tax season may end, but the work never stops.
