A tax return can look "done" and still have costly mistakes hiding inside.

I’ve reviewed many returns for business owners and real estate investors, and the same issues keep showing up. The biggest problems often come from a lack of planning, not the tax return itself.

Be careful who you use for preparing your tax returns, especially if you own rental properties or a business.
