My Why 💙

My journey into the life insurance and financial services industry began during a time of profound loss that ultimately shaped my purpose. Within just 10 months, I lost my stepfather, grandfather, and mother. Each loss taught me invaluable lessons about the importance of life insurance and financial planning.

When my stepfather lost his life, the protection he had in place gave my mother the financial stability she needed to focus on her grief, rather than being overwhelmed by bills and debts. The loss of my grandfather later showed me the need for planning with long-term care, as he passed away in a nursing home rather than in the comfort of his own home surrounded by the people he loved. Finally, losing my mother solidified my commitment to this industry. Losing her was the hardest thing to cope with, the love and relationship I dreamed of for my kids to have with her. Gone, and with that loss the pain was overwhelming, it solidified my purpose and drive to help others prepare for the inevitable. She had taken steps like my step father and had life insurance in place, which allowed me and my sister to mourn and focus on healing instead of debts and bills.

These experiences drive my passion for helping others protect their own children and loved ones. My work is dedicated to ensuring that others have the same level of preparedness, so their families can find peace and focus on healing in the face of life’s challenges.
