I've had a few people mention that other tax preparing companies have said they can get them a higher refund by checking off that they haven't received their Stimulus checks (even though they have). In the moment, your return amount may seem high but the IRS already has in their system if you received any stimulus checks and you will NOT receive that money again. It is simply FALSE ADVERTISING ❗
