✔️ A master of organization – if color-coded calendars and to-do lists excite you, we need you!
✔️ A people person – clients love talking to you, and you can charm the socks off an IRS agent (if necessary).
✔️ A problem solver – you don’t just find solutions, you find better solutions.
✔️ Comfortable with basic bookkeeping, scheduling, and occasional meme-sharing in the office chat.
✔️ Not afraid of a little tax-season chaos (don’t worry, we provide snacks).
The Gig:
🖥️ Answering emails and calls with a smile (yes, people can hear smiles!)
📅 Scheduling meetings and keeping us all on track
📊 Light bookkeeping and data entry (QuickBooks experience = bonus points!)
