💼 What You’ll Do:
• Perform bookkeeping and payroll functions
• Reconcile bank accounts and general ledgers
• Prepare financial statements and monthly, quarterly, and year-end reports
• Track fixed assets and prepare depreciation schedules
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Prepare individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns
• Build and maintain positive client relationships
• Take on additional responsibilities based on your experience and interests
🌟 What We’re Looking For:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 0–5 years of public accounting experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Basic understanding of U.S. GAAP
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and time-management skills
• Reliable, hardworking, and positive attitude
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
⭐ Preferred Experience:
• QuickBooks experience
• Bookkeeping or payroll experience

⏰ Normal Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
