Marcia Force joins us as Operations Manager, bringing nearly 30 years of investment operations experience. Her background includes portfolio management, compliance, and office management. Her passion for building clean, efficient systems that empower everyone in the firm — and every client we serve — makes her a perfect fit for our team.
