We love Webster Calhoun Telephone Coop for lots of things, just not their email. The last couple days we have had issues getting emails, so only being delayed 1 hour, but most or 3 to 4 hours and one was 24 hours. This is just not working for us or our clients. Our new email address is [email protected]. We will still have the [email protected] one, but we are transitioning everyone over to Gmail. Thank you for all the patients the last couple days. It has been very stressful for all of us !

Please welcome Oliver Riehl. Oliver is in his 2nd year at Iowa Central's accounting program and will be a great asset to our work family. Janea will be leaving us next week to continue her education at UNI in accounting. She has been such a great addition to our family and will be missed !

What is on our mind, good question ! Right now we are just a little frustrated. Turns out every email that was sent today was black listed and not sent to the person it should have gone to. 35 emails to be exact ! We are trying to get everything resent thru our Gmail account ([email protected]). Webster Calhoun Telephone is aware of the issue and working hard to get it resolved. You can always call us or even text us at 515-351-0028 if we have not responded in a timely fashion, which we really try to do. Technology is great, when it works !

For all my Minister people, the amount that you paid for Weddings and Funeral are considered "Tips" for the new credit. Tips can be claimed by many different people, not just wait staff. Doordash drivers are also included in this.

For those that really want a check instead of direct deposit, IRS is phasing them out. 6 weeks to get a check this year, at least!
