Intentional networking with other q***r folks is such an important part of my life! We share ideas, collaborate and enrich one another personally and professionally. We’re building really meaningful relationships.

That’s my goal in all aspects of my life. To lead with relationships. Everything else comes after that!

As Labor Day and the Minnesota State Fair wrap up, I'm thinking about the opportunity I had to volunteer at Thrivent's State Fair booth.

I got to connect with fairgoers at the Wheel of Kindness, which highlighted how generosity can start with small, simple actions...before folks ran off to get their free Thrivent canvas tote bag that was all over TikTok. 😜

One of the things I value most about being part of Thrivent is that generosity is woven into who we are. It isn't about what's left over. It's where we start.

At Thrivent, we say it's a place where money means more.

For me, that means financial empowerment isn't just about wealth. It's about having the freedom to live authentically, live generously, help others thrive, and leave the world better than we found it.

That's the kind of legacy I want to build for myself, my chosen family, and the people I serve. 💞

The Minnesota State Fair has been a longstanding tradition for me and the guys. While I am unable to do the whole day at the fair with them this year, I spent a little time with them ahead of heading over to the Thrivent booth!

I love that they had time together and are old enough to explore on their own. When they were littles I was always afraid I’d lose one of them.☺️

I hope all of you got a chance to get to the fair and enjoy your favorites!
