✈️ June 16 — Automatic 2-Month Expat Extension Deadline
U.S. citizens and resident aliens living abroad get an automatic 2-month extension to June 16 to file their 2024 federal return — but interest on any tax owed still runs from April 15. Filing Form 4868 by June 16 can extend you further to October 15.
