Maintenance is easy once your employees are entered into the system. Submit personnel updates, changes in pay and the number of hours worked for hourly employees, and I will calculate the rest, preparing your payroll and any accrued payroll liability payments. In addition to compiling and processing your payroll, I will also prepare state and federal tax forms, as needed, on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
· Monthly I will prepare the amounts due for deposit for 941 taxes — including federal withholding, Social Security and Medicare. Once all authorities and permissions are established, I will pay these monthly taxes from your accounts using the Electronic Federal Taxpayer Payment System (EFTPS). This service also applies to various state departments of revenue, as applicable.
· Quarterly I will prepare the federal unemployment tax deposit, federal payroll tax return and state unemployment insurance returns.
· Annually I will prepare all federal and state compliance forms, including employee W-2 and employer W-3 forms. My monthly fee is $50 for complete set-up and payroll.
