Sometimes joy is hiding in the smallest places. Here are 10 simple summer moments worth savoring:

1. Watch a sunrise
2. Pick up a book you've been meaning to read
3. Visit a farmers market
4. Call someone you haven't talked to in a while
5. Sit outside and do absolutely nothing
6. Try a new flavor of ice cream
7. Write down one happy memory
8. Take a different route on your walk
9. Watch a classic summer film
10. Tell someone you appreciate them

Save this and start checking them off. ☀️
