The CMJ team enjoyed an afternoon of great food, great fun, and great company for our employee appreciation outing.

The Rangers fell to the A’s 2-1, but the real win was getting to spend the afternoon with the CMJ family. Over 25 years in, we are still humbled by the team God has built here. To every one of our 34 employees — thank you for the integrity, excellence, and care you bring to your work every day. You are CMJ.

Lunch is being served in CMJ's conference room. We've run the tests — the wings have excellent load capacity and zero shrink-swell potential (on the waistline). Results are best when sampled immediately though.....they're going fast..........................

25 years in the making! Last Saturday night we gathered to celebrate CMJ's 25th Anniversary and Christmas. Our founder, Charles Jackson, took us down memory lane with "A Solid Foundation: The CMJ Story," and the evening was filled with fun, fellowship, and gratitude for this incredible team. Excited for what Year 26 has in store!

Sincere gratitude goes out to Tom Catron (Cat) with Vigilant Services & Training, who came out today and presented “When Seconds Matter: Active Attack Response Training” to the staff at CMJ. Tom left us with invaluable information that I’m confident will not only help us maintain a safer workplace, but also brought greater awareness to our everyday lives. His presentation was engaging, practical, and thought-provoking. I highly recommend Vigilant Services & Training to any business looking to better prepare and protect their team.
