When we put together your proposal, we'll outline the services we recommend and give you a monthly price for them.

Healthy reserves, accurate budgets, clean grant tracking and sustainable cash flow are what allow you to KEEP doing the work your organization exists to do.

Your mission deserves good financial management behind it.

They should help you make decisions.

Can we afford to hire?
Can we make that purchase?
Why does revenue look great but cash feel tight?

Real estate income isn't always predictable.

One quarter is quiet. The next is 🔥. A property sells. Commissions jump. Rental income changes.

Great for business.
But if your income changes and your tax plan doesn't? That's when April can get a little... uncomfortable.

September 15 is the Q3 estimated tax deadline, which makes NOW a great time for real estate professionals and investors to look at where the year is actually headed.
More income shouldn't automatically mean more tax surprises.

September 15 is officially on our radar. Is it on yours?

Q3 estimated tax payments are due. Extended S-Corp and partnership returns are due. And even if neither applies to you, we're getting dangerously close to Q4.

Translation: Now is a really good time to know where your business stands.
Over the next few weeks, we're breaking down the numbers, deadlines and decisions business owners should be thinking about BEFORE year-end.

Because “I'll deal with it at tax time” isn't exactly our favorite business strategy. 😉
